In this video I go over the “mods” I’ve purchased for the new Yamaha yxz1000r . They may not be big and bad, but they are definitely useful for any SXS. When looking for new parts to add to your 2019 Yamaha YXZ1000R you soon find that parts are very expensive. So I figured I’d try out some stuff from Amazon. The “knock off” parts are typically cheap and not all that great. So by trying some of these parts, I’ll let you know if they are actually worth buying or not. But at 10% the cost of the “name brand” products, it’s worth a shot to save some money and try them out.
The Amazon sxs side mirrors in the video have been on 2 rides so far. Both times on trails and in the rain/mud. They have performed perfect. I have 0 issues so far. Same goes for the Amazon rear view mirror and amazon fire extinguisher mount.
Also, towards the end of the video I decided to work on my sxs trailer and add a new cool gas tank holder that can hold 2 speed gas cans, so make sure to tune in to the entire video. Random video, but lots of cool stuff done.
