In this video Alex and I show you how to install the (Weld it Yourself) WIY LSK Cage for the Yamaha YXZ1000R. If you’re a capable welder, this diy cage kit is for you! I’m pretty sure it’s the cheapest cage you can get for the YXZ1000R. Now don’t let that scare you off, it’s great quality and uses the same steel as most of the other cages out there. The wiy kit from LSK is very similar to the CageWRX cage and that is the next closest in price. Many UTV / SXS companies run sales around certain holidays. Black friday, memorial day, labor day, 4th of july are all good times to find the best prices on large ticket items like this one. Alex and I both purchased this cage from FastLab UTV while they were running a sale and picked it up cheaper then the actual manufacturer offered it, so thats always a great score!
