In this video I attempt to build my own spare tire holder on my 2019 Yamaha YXZ1000R. There are a few styles of spare tire holders currently for the YXZ1000r, so I pretty much took ideas from all the available ones and put them into my own design. In one day, I was able to come up with a pretty sweet spare tire holder on my own. I’ve since been on 2 trips out so far and it has performed awesome! The only down side of this style is that you really lose your sight from out back of the YXZ. I’ve definitely have to put in some side mirrors, because I cant see anything! It always feels great when you can successfully build something on your own, so I hope you enjoy the video, thanks for watching!
